Delete your NbOnes account
You can request permanent account deletion directly from NbOnes.
Before continuing: Deletion is permanent after processing. You will lose access to your profile, wallet access, order views, notices, support history, and other account information. Resolve pending orders, disputes, and withdrawals first.
Submit a deletion request
Sign inOpen the NbOnes app and sign in to the account you want deleted.
Open Account or SettingsSelect Delete Account under the privacy or security controls.
Review and confirmRead the consequences, submit the request, and complete any identity verification required to protect the account.
Resolve pending activityIf an order, dispute, or withdrawal is still open, deletion may be delayed until it is resolved.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and use the subject “NbOnes account deletion.” We may request limited information necessary to verify account ownership. Never send your password or one-time verification code.
What happens to your data
After the request is verified and eligible for completion, account identifiers are deleted or anonymized. Gift card codes and full card numbers are deleted when no longer required. Certain transaction, payout, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance records may be retained where required by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.
