These Terms govern your use of the NbOnes apps, websites, and related services provided by L.A. Fabrication, LLC.

1. The service

NbOnes purchases eligible unused gift cards directly from users. You are the seller and NbOnes is the buyer. Each submission is subject to review and acceptance under these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Identity and payout verification may be required. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Gift card ownership and submissions

You may submit only a gift card that you legally own and have the right to sell. Do not submit stolen, fraudulent, previously used, altered, duplicated, or unlawfully obtained cards; cards belonging to another person; or credit cards, debit cards, bank cards, or other payment cards. Information and images must be accurate and sufficient for review.

4. Review, quotes, and acceptance

Supported card categories and countries may change. Displayed values or estimates are not final offers. A transaction is subject to verification and acceptance. NbOnes may reject or request more information for unsupported, invalid, previously used, unverifiable, suspicious, or otherwise ineligible submissions. Do not use or transfer a submitted card while it is under review or after NbOnes accepts it.

5. Proceeds, fees, and timing

Approved proceeds are credited or paid using the payout methods available for your account and region, such as a verified bank or Mobile Money account. Any applicable fee is shown before you confirm the relevant transaction. Exchange rates, processing times, payout availability, limits, and verification requirements may vary. NbOnes does not guarantee that every submission will be accepted or paid within a particular time.

6. Images and other content

Only upload images and information that are necessary for a card submission, identity verification, profile, or support request and that you have the right to share. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unrelated content. We may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade verification or limits, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, manipulate quotes or transactions, facilitate fraud or money laundering, or violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

8. Service communications and availability

We may provide operational, security, order, payout, account, and policy notices. Features, supported cards, countries, quote availability, and processing times may change due to maintenance, market conditions, provider availability, risk controls, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Suspension, disputes, and termination

We may delay a transaction or restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to verify information, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Pending orders, disputes, or withdrawals may need to be resolved before deletion is completed.

10. Intellectual property

The NbOnes name, branding, software, and site content are owned by L.A. Fabrication, LLC or its licensors. These Terms provide a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service as intended and do not transfer ownership.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, acceptance of any card, or a particular quote or processing time. To the extent permitted by law, NbOnes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, legal, security, or risk-control changes. The updated date will be published here, with additional notice where required by law.
