This Privacy Policy explains how L.A. Fabrication, LLC (“NbOnes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use the NbOnes iOS app, Android app, website, web application, or customer support.
1. Information we collect

Camera and photo-library access are used only after you choose to take or select an image. NbOnes does not request access to contacts, microphone recordings, or precise device location for the gift card purchase service. We do not sell personal information.
2. How we use information
- Create, authenticate, secure, and manage accounts.
- Review and purchase eligible gift cards from users.
- Provide quotes, order tracking, wallet features, and approved payouts.
- Perform identity, payout, anti-fraud, and compliance checks.
- Provide support, investigate service issues, and communicate operational or policy notices.
- Protect NbOnes, our users, and others, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed for the purposes described above, including with cloud-hosting and storage providers, identity-verification providers when enabled, payout channels, email or SMS providers, human-verification providers, support providers, app stores, professional advisers, and legally authorized authorities. These providers may process information under their own terms where applicable. We do not sell personal information or gift card codes to unrelated third parties.
4. International processing
Information may be processed outside your country or region where NbOnes or its service providers operate. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for international transfers.
5. Retention and account deletion
We retain information while your account exists and for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet financial or legal obligations. Gift card codes and full card numbers are used for verification and settlement and are deleted when no longer required, including following successful account deletion, subject to legal obligations. Financial records such as order amounts and payout status may be retained where required by law. Identity documents and selfies are retained only as needed for verification, re-checks, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
You may request permanent account deletion from Account or Settings in NbOnes. Deletion may be delayed while an order, dispute, or withdrawal remains unresolved. After processing, account identifiers are deleted or anonymized except for records we must lawfully retain. Details are available on our account deletion page.
6. Security
We use safeguards including HTTPS in transit, access controls, restricted access to uploaded images, secure device storage for login tokens, and operational monitoring. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information through Support. We may need to verify your identity. Records that must be retained by law are excluded. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Users under 18
The NbOnes gift card purchase service is only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly create service accounts for minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may close it and delete or restrict the associated information as required by law.
9. Local storage and tracking
The apps and web application use local or secure storage to maintain login state, cached service data, and security information. NbOnes does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or personal information for cross-company advertising tracking. If this changes, this Policy and the relevant app-store disclosures will be updated first.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised date and provide any additional notice required by law.
